Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CRMonia, provided by Dreamware Ventures Inc., 33 Woods Street, Toronto, Ontario M4Y 2P8, Canada. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

CRMonia is a customer relationship tool that works inside Gmail through a browser extension and a web app. You need a Google account and must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

2. Plans, seats and billing

• Solo: $25 per month for exactly one seat.
• Team: $17 per seat per month, for workspaces with two or more seats. Adding a second seat to a Solo workspace converts it to Team, and every seat is then billed at the Team price.
• AI credits: optional, prepaid, and used when you run AI features. Credits are priced at our provider cost plus 10%. [Credit unit, expiry and refund rules to be confirmed.]
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Subscriptions renew each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy to be confirmed with counsel.]

3. Your data

You own your data. You grant us the limited right to host and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to store the information you add, including information about other people, and for using email features in line with applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use CRMonia to send spam or unlawful messages, to break the law or Google's terms, to access accounts without permission, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell it without our written consent.

5. Third-party services

CRMonia relies on Google, payment, email and AI providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features and will give notice of material changes. During any private beta the service is provided as is.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using CRMonia at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or risk to the service. On termination you may export your data for [30] days.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. [Final wording to be confirmed with counsel.]

9. Governing law

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you before they apply. Continued use after that means you accept them.
